safety controls are inadequate, its USDOT new entrant
registration will be revoked and its operations placed out-
of-service.

your DOT audit?
Section 385.319 (c) (1) states that new entrant has 60
days, from the written notice to submit evidence of
correction action acceptable to the Agency.
