You Failed your AUDIT NOW WHAT?

A lot happens next. The FMCSA  Title 49 CFR Section 385.319 (c) states that if a New Entrant motor carrier's safety controls are inadequate, its USDOT new entrant registration will be revoked and its operations placed out-of-service.

How do you Fix Failing your audit?

Section 385.319 (c) (1) states that new entrant has 60 days, from the written notice to submit evidence of correction action acceptable to the Agency.
